Our CBT group is a supportive space where you can learn to quiet that inner critic, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build healthier beliefs about yourself. We’ll focus on practical strategies like thought tracking, reframing, and behavior activation to help you feel more balanced and in control. Each session includes guided activities, group discussion, and take-home tools so you can apply what you learn in real life. This group is great for adults who are ready to better understand their patterns, feel less alone, and start making meaningful changes in a safe and encouraging environment.
