What should I expect when I sign up?

Signing up for therapy can be daunting, but we strive to make the process easy and accessible. Initially, you will be set up with our online portal. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will need to review and sign some brief consent forms online. During your first appointment, we will discuss the reasons that brought you to therapy, review your mental health history, set goals, create a comfortable and encouraging treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.

Telehealth and in person therapy/counseling services are available across all of Arizona. This includes, but is not limited to:

How much does therapy cost?

With an LPC	50-minute appointment and intake assessment costs $150.
With an LAC	50-minute appointment and intake assessment costs $75.With a BHPP	50-minute appointment and intake assessment costs $50.

How can I pay for therapy?

Currently, we accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, for payments. You can also take advantage of Afterpay when billed.

Can you prescribe me medications?

I cannot prescribe medications. I do, however, have great connections to psychiatric providers whom I trust and often refer. If you currently take medications and have specific questions, I encourage you to speak with your prescriber.

We are conveniently located at 4100 S Lindsay Rd #124, Gilbert, Arizona 85297, near Queen Creek, right off of Lindsay Rd and Germann Rd.

Great question! Therapy can be held either in person or online. We are flexible to be able to better meet your needs. Contact us to discuss what options may work best for you.

How do I access my patient portal?

You can access your patient portal here. From your patient portal you can update your contact information, update your insurance information, sign documents, and schedule or cancel appointments.

How do I access my telehealth appointment?

Accepted Answer

You can join your telehealth appointment on a mobile device or desktop computer by visiting your patient portal and clicking 'Join Session'.
